昨日の続きなのですが、新しい年度の始まりです。
保育所は、学校と違って春休みとか夏休みとか冬休みとかはありません。
したがって、新年度の準備は通常保育をやりながらあるいは
やり終わって準備していくことになります。
舞台の暗転みたいなものですね。
私は相変わらず仕事をせずにグータラしているのですが
職員の皆さんは、それはもう頑張っています。
声をかけると睨まれそうなので、出来るだけ触れないようにして
息を殺して様子を見ているのです。
そして今日を迎えました。
新しい年度。今年も思いっきり楽しいことを沢山したいなと思います。
そして保育のスキルをもっともっと上げて、
保護者の皆さんや子どもたちが安心できる保育所作りをしたいなと思います。
職員の皆さん、よろしくお願いします。
至らない所長のもとで働くあなたたちは幸せです。
きっと普通より数倍早く力がつくでしょう。
子どもたちは、あたらしい部屋に移りました。
今日は、新人さんも加わりちょっとまだ落ち着かない感じです。
大人でも新しい環境にはなかなか順応できないものです。
きっと今週は、ストレスを抱えて家でも多少荒れるかもしれません。

まわりの環境が変わっても
泰然自若。
動じないこの風格。
1日目の新人さん。
ちょっと寂しいのです。
少ししたら慣れるからね。
だいじょうぶよ。
やっぱり
少しいたらこうです。
乗ってます。
でもふと寂しくなります。
当分この繰り返しかな。
こちらは探検組。
どこに何があるのか
早速に偵察です。
とりあえずこれで遊ぼう。

はじめてのおやつです。
初日は、
なかなかじっと座ってって
難しいんです。
また同じ組だね。
今年もよろしくね。
そのファッション、なかなかよ。

今は解散の時期で
頭が一杯だ。
新入生は
保育所でもやはり
関心の的です。
