年長の子どもも招待状が届いて、プログラムのひとつに参加します。
普段は、年長と言えばしっかりしているなと思うのですが
小学校へ行くと、さすがにちっちゃいなと感じるのです。
まわりの環境で、随分見え方が変わります。
様々な環境の中で、子どもの本当の姿をしっかり探していかないといけないなと
自分に言い聞かせる毎日です。
今日は、教育講演会を開きます。
一人ひとりの子どもたちの個性をどのように受け止め
どのように伸ばせばいいのか
日々の保育の中で悩むことが多いのですが
長年様々なケースを扱ってこられた先生をお招きして学習をします。
保護者の方の参加もあり、個別の相談も含めて
明日からの子育てに元気が出る講演会になることと思います。
