３月３１日です。
いよいよ今年度も今日で終わりですね。
子どもたちには修了証書を渡して、１年間の成長を祝います。
新しくちいな組になる子とちいな組からさなえ組に進む子どもを見比べていると
１年の成長の跡がはっきり見えてきます。
小さい子どもたちほど、こんなに成長するんだと驚く次第です。
新年度もまた、たくさんの驚きを見せてくれるはずの子どもたちと
いっぱいサプライズを作っていきたいと思います。
そしてもう一つの卒園式。
今年は、３人の職員が卒園していきます。
在職中の働きに心から感謝して、子どもたちとともに送ります。
とても淋しいのですが、それぞれのこれからの活躍を祈っています。
